I’m beyond excited to finally announce that the incredible Julieta Maffia is coming to Berlin! I’ve been a huge fan of hers for years, and it’s a dream come true to make this happen. Her style is absolutely mesmerizing and totally one-of-a-kind, and now she’s bringing it to us! There will be a 5-hour intensive split over two days, designed for intermediate and advanced tribal fusion dancers, plus a 2-hour workshop open to dancers of all levels.

The Weirdo is a mindset. It’s a character created by Julieta to enable herself to play and relate to the basic repertoire in different way.
Thanks to this mindset, Julieta got new approaches and ways to work on her Undulating Technique escaping from Fusion Bellydance common places.
Ye…We are not Snakes anymore, we are Proud Undulating Weirdos.
In Undulating Weirdo you will find a way to execute and connect your undulations, your circles, your figure 8s, your arm work in a way you have never done before, with the Weirdo mindset.

This Dance Intensive is a special opportunity to get a taste of Julieta Maffia's toolbox which includes her approach to Bellydance Technique, Conditioning, her special treatment of the use of space and time, Stage Skills and Musicality. All of this results in a strong and solid practice for dancing on stage.
